BLOX Racing branded products include a 15-month limited manufacturer’s warranty beginning on the original retail purchase date. Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship occurring during normal use. Products confirmed by BLOX Racing to be defective may be repaired or replaced.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation
  
• Misuse or abuse
  
• Incorrect application or fitment
  
• Damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect
  

To begin a claim, contact Elite GT-R Parts with your order number, BLOX Racing part number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the affected product. Proof of purchase is required, and an RMA must be issued before the product is returned. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, and BLOX Racing advises allowing approximately two to four weeks for inspection and a claim decision.

Labor, vehicle damage, lost profits, delays and other incidental or consequential costs are not covered. Final warranty eligibility and resolution are determined by BLOX Racing under its current warranty terms.
