Most CSF Racing and High-Performance products include a two-year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original retail purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. CSF OEM-style replacement cooling products generally include a one-year limited warranty, while select products may carry different terms listed on their individual product pages.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation, handling or maintenance
  
• Incorrect coolant mixtures, corrosion or excessive pressure
  
• Misuse, neglect or operation beyond the product’s design limits
  
• Racing, off-highway, commercial, fleet or governmental use
  
• Modification, outside repair or alteration
  
• Shipping damage, labor or vehicle-related expenses
  

To begin a claim, contact Elite GT-R Parts with your order number, CSF part number, a photograph of the nine-digit serial-number sticker, clear photos of the issue and a description of the suspected defect. Proof of purchase is required, and installation documentation may also be requested. Do not repair, modify or return the product before receiving instructions. Approved coverage is limited to repair or replacement after inspection, with final eligibility determined by CSF.
